With over 30 years of experience in real estate finance, management and lending, Todd Rodenberg, principal of Bene Immobili, LLC, understands the demands of real estate developers, investors and lenders. He has successfully worked through several real estate cycles and many distressed situations, optimizing the results for those he represents. These parties include developers, investors and lenders.
Mr. Rodenberg was most recently the Senior Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer for Orix Real Estate Capital/Red Capital Group and Alliant Capital LLC. Previously to this, he was the Director of Agency Lending for KeyBank Real Estate Capital. Additionally, he was a principal in a highly successful mortgage banking firm for over a decade (sold to KeyBank Real Estate Capital), has been involved in over $30 billion in commercial real estate financings and successfully invested in numerous properties during his career. Prior to these activities he was the Chief Financial Officer for a national real estate investment firm and a CPA for a Big 4 accounting firm. Also, he has been a project manager involved in financial institution accounting and finance as well as closing and resolving failed banks, including loan workouts and dispositions.
Don Frankman serves as Managing Director for Bene Immobili, LLC.He specializes in multifamily and commercial real estate lending and has been a production and loan structuring leader during his 30-year career. Mr. Frankman brings significant real estate finance, commercial real estate valuation, and banking knowledge to Bene Immobili, LLC.
Mr. Frankman’s prior work experience includes, Head of Origination under the Fannie Mae Small Mortgage Loan and Freddie Mac Small Balance Loan Programs for Orix Real Estate Capital/RED Capital Group, providing Fannie Mae DUS large loans, FHA/HUD loans, proprietary Bridge/Construction loans and CMBS loans nationally. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director at Greystone Servicing Company and at Alliant Capital LLC where he was national production manager that generated over $1billion dollars in multifamily lending activity. Prior to that, he served 10 years as Vice President for Citibank Commercial Real Estate Finance, originating and underwriting over $2 billion in commercial loan originations throughout the Western United States. Earlier in his career, Mr. Frankman served as Chief Appraiser for American Savings, First Federal Savings and HomeFed Bank.
